Refund Policy
Effective October 22, 2026
Deposits and Cancellations
Cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment for a full refund of your deposit, less any cost of materials or parts already ordered for your job. Deposits for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or for missed appointments, may be kept to cover scheduling and materials.
Completed Service
Payments for completed services are not refundable. If you have a concern about our work, contact us within 7 days of service completion and we will inspect it and correct any workmanship problem we caused at no charge.
Mobile Travel Surcharge
The $50 mobile travel surcharge is refundable if we cancel the visit. It is not refundable once we have traveled to the boat and cannot perform the work because access or the boat’s condition does not allow it.
Storage
Storage is billed monthly without proration. Charges for months already begun are not refunded if a boat is removed early; tell us before your next billing date to stop future charges.
Parts
Unused stock parts in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund, less any supplier restocking fee and shipping costs. Special-order, electrical, and installed parts are non-returnable unless defective. Defective parts are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty.
How Refunds Are Paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days. Card refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement.
